心力衰竭是全球公共卫生问题,全世界约有2300万民众患有充血性心力衰竭,并且每年有200万名新增确诊患者。心力衰竭导致患者生活质量低下,危害生命健康,并且昂贵的诊断与治疗费用给患者带来沉重经济负担。针对临床实际需求,本课题组基于摩擦纳米发电机基本原理,研制出首个能够通过微创手术进入心腔监测心内压的自驱动心内压传感器(SEPS),实现了对心室压与心房压的实时监测,并且心律失常包括早搏和室颤都能通过SEPS信号被监测。该工作为微型自驱动植入式医疗传感提供了新的思路。
