热烈祝贺课题组访问学生王东川同学获得2024 iGEM和2025 iGEM金奖课题组访问学生王东川同学荣获 2024 iGEM、2025 iGEM(国际基因工程机器大赛)金奖。 王东川同学就读于北京师范大学第二附属中学国际部,自 2023 年起以课题组访问学生身份进入本实验室学习,深度参与课题研究工作。2024 年,他作为 SHSBNU-China 2024 iGEM 实验组组长,带领团队完成参赛项目 “利用大肠杆菌合成茶氨酸并开发相关产品缓解焦虑”。期间,他牵头开展文献调研、实验设计与硬件搭建工作,构建数学模型以指导实验数据采集与用量优化;通过长期深耕实验室验证项目可行 性,并搭建专题网站系统呈现项目背景与研究成果。 2025 年,王东川同学以 SHSBNU-China 2025 iGEM 团队顾问身份再度参赛,团队项目为 “ARMOR”(全称 Astro-Resilient Multi-Operational Recombinant-gel,即 “太空适应性多功能重组凝胶”)。他全程指导 20 名团队成员推进研究实验、维基编辑与品牌推广工作,针对该太空主题项目组织分子对接专题研讨会,并提供全方位实验室技术支持。
Our Research Group Celebrates Wang Dongchuan’s Gold Medal Wins at iGEM 2024 and 2025 Our research group extends warm congratulations to visiting student Wang Dongchuan for securing Gold Medals in both the 2024 and 2025 International Genetically Engineered Machine (iGEM) competitions. Wang Dongchuan, a student from the International Division of the No.2 High School Affiliated to Beijing Normal University, has been engaged in research work as a visiting student in our laboratory since 2023. In the 2024 iGEM competition, he served as the Wet Lab Team Leader of SHSBNU-China 2024, leading his team to complete the project “Theanine Synthesis via Escherichia coli and Development of Related Products for Anxiety Alleviation”. During this period, Wang took the lead in literature review, experimental design, and hardware construction, and established a mathematical model to guide experimental data collection and dosage optimization. Devoting extensive time and effort to laboratory work, he validated the project’s feasibility through systematic experiments and built a dedicated website to comprehensively present the project background and research outcomes. In the 2025 iGEM competition, Wang Dongchuan acted as the Team Advisor of SHSBNU-China 2025, with the team’s project titled “ARMOR” (Astro-Resilient Multi-Operational Recombinant-gel). He provided full-cycle guidance to the 20-member team in research experiments, wiki editing, and brand promotion. To support the space-themed project, he organized a special workshop on molecular docking and offered comprehensive laboratory technical assistance. |
